 Flagsticks Development Group and The BurnBrae Companies hired Playbook to manage the development & construction of a new 152,399 SF student housing project in Rock Hill, S.C. Environmental design impacts of this brownfield redevelopment were addressed throughout construction. The six-story building—adjacent to Winthrop University in The University Center at Knowledge Park development—is of wood-framed construction with Hardie siding and brick. Student amenities include study lounges, a pool and jacuzzi, outside grilling station, game rooms, workout facility, high-speed internet, TV and completely furnished apartments.
