The Charlotte Observer hired Playbook to lead and manage their historic relocation from their 1971 headquarters to new Class A office space at Nascar Plaza. The Observer’s new 60,000 SF space included renovations and the buildout of a newsroom media wall, training, conferencing and breakroom areas.
