Playbook managed USCIS’s new immigration and naturalization office in Charlotte, NC. This 31,600 SF two story project included an immigration application area and a naturalization ceremony assembly space. Additional support space was built for the staff including offices, conferencing space, breakroom and executive suites. This is a LEED certified project.
