Playbook managed the relocation and office space buildout for Elior North America’s A’viands and Lancer divisions in St. Paul, MN. The 13,716 SF consisted of an open office plan, executive offices, conferencing space, large breakroom and training room. The space was part of an adaptive reuse space in the historic Case Building in St. Paul.
