 Playbook partnered with Garrison Construction of Charlotte as a Confidential Client’s Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to successfully complete a 180,000 SF build to suit core shell office building and interior upfit project for a division of a Fortune 500 company headquartered in NC.

The project has received several design and real estate awards, including Best Large Corporate Office from IIDA, a Merit Award from AIA and a Heavy Hitter Award for Top Space Buildout Development from the Charlotte Business Journal.
