Retirement Clearinghouse hired Playbook to manage the upfit of their new 26,090 SF HQ office in Charlotte’s mixed-used Ayrsley development. The space consists of a call center, a large training room for call center training, high-end AV in the executive boardroom and a large break room with vending for employees. The project also included a partial buildout of the second floor to allow for future expansion.
