Playbook managed the relocation and upfit project for Civil & Environmental Consultants's new 6,100 SF space at Whitehall Corporate Center..  The space included a new field engineering and technician office, lobby renovations, reuse and reconfiguration of existing workstations, new paint and carpet throughout.
