With nearly two decades of architectural and program management experience, Crystal has led diverse teams through projects nationwide—from contract negotiation to grand opening. A University of Florida alumna with a Master of Architecture, she became Lakeland’s first LEED AP and earned her architecture license in 2009. Since relocating to Charlotte in 2012, she’s led a multidisciplinary design team, earning her PMP certification in 2017.

 Crystal specializes in assembling and managing effective project teams, maintaining clear communication, delivering efficient, results-driven solutions while building long lasting, deep connections based on genuine authenticity and trust.

 Outside of work, Crystal enjoys traveling with her family, doting on her dogs, reading, and diving into new passions—from ballroom dancing to holistic wellness.
