WK Dickson hired Playbook for their new 10,964 SQFT HQ office space at The Refinery building off of West Morehead Street. The space is shared by WK Dickson’s corporate home office and Charlotte Operations branch and includes new offices, open plan workstation space, a large training room, multiple conferencing spaces, galley breakroom and collaborative areas. Design elements included painted graphic walls in the open area and training room, wood veneer wall panel and ceiling elements in reception, built-in-place reception desk with solid surfaces, black interior storefront at offices and conference rooms with wood veneer doors.
