Vaco engaged Playbook to manage its relocation and office upfit within the historic Grinnell Water Works Building. The project embraced the building’s character, incorporating open ceilings, exposed brick walls, and wood flooring throughout the space.

Layered branding and thoughtful design elements create a warm, inviting workplace that supports flexibility and choice. Casual collaborative seating areas, moss walls, and specialty lighting fixtures enhance the environment, allowing associates to choose how and where they work best.
