Playbook served as Owner’s Project Manager for The Tree Farm, a private golf club development. Playbook led oversight of all vertical construction and site infrastructure across the property, coordinating the project from development through execution.

The project includes four 10-room guest cabins, a 5,600 SF clubhouse with dining and bar areas, locker rooms, guest suites, and supporting amenities, as well as a fully programmed golf village with a pro shop, administrative offices, and caddie facilities. Playbook also managed development of site infrastructure, including access roads, utilities, fiber and IT systems, and parking, along with full FF&E coordination to ensure a cohesive and fully integrated project.
