Playbook managed Remi’s new office HQ project located in the new development of Waverly in South Charlotte. This was a 33,242 SF two-story project that included an open plan with access to daylight and views, a café/ break area with exposed ceilings, multiple collaborative huddle rooms with traditional and lounge furniture options, phone rooms, a wellness room, conference rooms, training rooms, and an executive suite on the first floor.
