This was Playbook’s fifth project in 300 S. Tryon. Summit Park hired Playbook to manage their relocation and upfit project from Midtown to Uptown Charlotte. This 8,696 SQFT project included a new reception lobby with a large tile floor and wood veneer panels, open office space, executive office, multiple conferencing space, open ceiling breakroom and executive boardroom.
