Stanley Martin, a leading Southeast homebuilder, partnered with Playbook for the first of three office projects in the Carolinas. The space was designed to support both client engagement and daily operations, featuring a dedicated showroom for client visits and finish selections alongside a separate office area for staff.

Key elements include separate entrances for clients and employees, open workstations, private offices, conference rooms, and a collaborative breakroom—creating a functional, welcoming environment that supports both the customer experience and internal operations.

Playbook also managed two additional projects for Stanley Martin in Columbia and Charleston, SC.
