Sompo selected Playbook to manage and coordinate its 38,000-square-foot, two-floor office buildout in Ballantyne. Working closely with the landlord for the contruction work, Playbook partnered with Northwood to select the General Contractor and managed the oversight and FF&E scope and ensure seamless project delivery.

The new space features open work areas, private offices, conference and training rooms, a reception lobby, breakroom, and collaborative spaces. Playbook also managed the relocation and decommissioning of Sompo’s previous office, providing full-service support from buildout through move-in.
