Showmars Restaurants hired Playbook to manage the refresh and rebranding of six restaurant locations in the Charlotte region. Playbook acted as the owner’s representative, coordinating with each Showmars manager, general contractor and FF&E vendors for a three- to four-week shutdown per location in order to complete all work and get final inspections before reopening to customers.
