Service Logic, a privately held HVAC and mechanical services provider, engaged Playbook to manage its 24,492-square-foot headquarters relocation to 650 South Tryon in Charlotte. The first-generation upfit, located in a building managed by Lincoln Harris, was delivered on an accelerated 4.5-month schedule at the end of 2021.

The design blends exposed ceilings and concrete floors with high-end finishes and complementary furnishings, creating an industrial yet sophisticated aesthetic that reflects the Service Logic brand.
