Playbook provided excellent project management leadership, including the tracking of the GC’s timeline, open issues and decisions, facilitating weekly onsite project meetings and providing expertise to help resolve issues as they arose. Working closely with Playbook, and Playbook working as my representative, I had the confidence that we had another layer of quality control and drive to have an outstanding result at the end of the project. I plan to use Playbook Management for future construction projects.
