Colliers International partnered with Playbook to support and lead construction management services for SAERTEX USA’s office expansion and manufacturing space renovations. The office expansion included a new 13,000 SQFT building addition as SAERTEX USA’s corporate headquarters. Playbook also managed approximately 10,000 SQFT of interior manufacturing and office renovations in the existing facility.
