REMBE Inc. selected Playbook to manage construction of a new manufacturing, office and warehouse facility in Indian Land, S.C. The 14,774 SQFT building is a tilt concrete structure with air compressors and a large bridge crane, as well as infrastructure to install a future laser cutting machine. Land was cleared for an additional 15,000-square-foot future expansion. This project was started and successfully completed during the pandemic.
