Sweden-based Polykemi, a leading developer and producer of custom-designed plastic compounds, selected Playbook to manage the buildout of its U.S. headquarters in Gastonia, NC. The project included upfitting a 72,280-square-foot shell building along with the addition of a 10,000-square-foot tilt-up expansion.

The facility features a two-story office component with private offices, conference rooms, a large breakroom, R&D lab, and locker room facilities, with the remaining space dedicated to manufacturing operations.
