Playbook was hired for project & construction management services by Starr Catering Group & Elior North America for their new Parliament Expresso & Coffee Bar located in one of Charlotte’s newest Class A office towers, 300 S. Tryon Street. The design included open ceilings, exposed concrete floors, and reclaimed fixtures and furnishings.
