OneBlood, in partnership with Aldridge Development Services, engaged Playbook to manage the buildout of a new blood donation center in Greenville, SC. OneBlood serves more than 200 hospital partners across the Southeast, providing safe, available, and affordable blood supplies to patients in need.

Located within an existing retail shopping center, the interior upfit included a welcoming main lobby, administrative offices, donor collection areas, and back-of-house space for equipment and blood storage. The project also involved restriping the parking lot to accommodate OneBlood’s mobile donation fleet, along with modifications to the rear of the center to support loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.
