OneBlood, in partnership with Aldridge Development Services, selected Playbook to manage the buildout of a new blood donation center in Charlotte, NC. Serving more than 200 hospital partners across the Southeast, OneBlood provides safe, accessible, and affordable blood supplies to patients in need.

Located within an existing retail shopping center, the interior upfit included a welcoming main lobby, administrative offices, donor collection areas, a staff breakroom, and back-of-house space for equipment and blood storage, creating a functional and efficient environment to support daily operations.
