This was a second blood donation center project Playbook managed for One Blood in partnership with Aldridge Development Services. This 1,745 SF space, located in a small retail center, allows donors a conveninent place to donate blood. Renovations included demo of an existing dry clean tenant and converting it to a waiting area, donor area, screening rooms. Additonal back of house areas included staff offices, employee breakroom, bio storage and a cooled critical supply room.
