Myers Park Country Club engaged Playbook as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for the expansion of its racquet sports facilities and member amenities. The project included the construction of two new clay hydro courts, two new hard courts, and the conversion of two existing hard courts into six pickleball courts.

Additional improvements included a new member comfort station featuring men’s and women’s restrooms and a grab-and-go snack and refreshment area, a new racquet storage building, expanded member parking, a large event lawn, and enhanced landscaping throughout the campus.
