The Playbook team was truly an integral partner in our recent $ 28 M+ clubhouse project at Myers Park Country Club. Their services and expertise were leveraged time and time again throughout this multi-year and multi-dimensional project. As one might imagine, when working with a 70-year-old building, the unknowns were vast and presented themselves on a frequent basis. Playbook was there every step of the way to guide, coach, and seek the best path forward with all partners involved. This project required one to be highly attuned to the client base and to navigate through the ever-changing conditions with a professional “velvet hammer” approach.
