This was Playbook’s first project with law firm, Nexsen Pruet.  Playbook was hired to manage the relocation of Nexsen Pruet’s Greenville office to a new 18,693 SF space on the 9th floor of Poinsett Plaza in downtown Greenville, SC.  Construction consisted of demolition and renovation of an existing space to add new offices, installation of new finishes throughout, new AV systems in conference rooms and infilling an existing monumental stair for additional USF.
