Main Street Swimmer Insurance chose Playbook as its project management firm for its 13,185 SQFT relocation and upfit project from two offices to a new HQ. The new location is on the top floor of 1523 Elizabeth Avenue with great views of Uptown Charlotte. The project scope included new private offices, conferencing space, breakroom and team room.
