This new restaurant was transformed from an adaptive reuse warehouse shell space to a new 3,605 SF Italian concept in busy Lower Southend. The new space included a new kitchen, private dining, bar and outdoor dining. Due to the small footprint of space a structural mezzanine space was added to increase SF for foodservice, mechanical and plumbing equipment to serve the kitchen.
