Playbook managed Garmon & Company’s existing office renovation project located in Charlotte. The 7,083 SQFT single-floor space included an open office area, field managers bench seating area, sample library and a multi-functional communal area for team meetings and social events. All work was phased for the renovation to occur while the space was occupied.
