Playbook managed the renovation and upgrades to this existing 546,683 SQFT facility, including complete demolition of existing mezzanines and material handling equipment. New upgrades included a new TPO roof, addition of an ESFR sprinkler system, T-5 lighting upgrades, new dock doors, levelers and seals. Site improvements included parking and loading dock upgrades, exterior painting and LED site lighting. The existing office space was refreshed with new interior carpet, painting, VCT and plumbing upgrades.
