Fast Growing Trees, an e-commerce company specializing in direct-to-consumer landscaping, selected Playbook to manage the design, construction, and FF&E for its new office at The Square in South End. Engaged by Beacon Partners as part of the building’s first-generation tenant upfit, Playbook led the project from concept through completion.

The space was designed to maximize natural light, with full-glass front offices positioned along interior walls and workstations located along the exterior. Workstations featured seated-height privacy panels and sit-to-stand desks. Distinctive elements include exposed ceilings and a live plant feature wall in the main lobby, reflecting the company’s brand and culture.
