Falfurrias engaged Playbook as its project management partner for a headquarters expansion at Bank of America Corporate Center. The phased project was carefully executed while the firm remained fully operational.

The expansion features glass-front offices and conference rooms, an open office layout anchored by a large gathering breakroom, new furnishings, and upgraded audiovisual technology. Upon completion, Falfurrias expanded to occupy the entire 41st floor of Corporate Center.
