This project was executed in multiple phases and included the development of a new 2,838 SF space on the 8th floor of DLVS’s existing building, along with renovations to their current 5th floor space. The 5th floor updates required careful coordination with DLVS to minimize disruption to ongoing patient care. Renovations included new flooring, fresh paint, and restroom upgrades throughout, as well as the conversion of existing lab space into new exam rooms and an updated main reception area.

The 8th floor build-out featured a new lab, nine exam rooms, private offices, and a smaller reception area. Approximately one year after the main office renovation and expansion, Playbook also managed the development of an additional 2,608 SF DLVS location in South Charlotte.
