Dellner selected Playbook to lead its new 56,375 SQFT United States HQ relocation and construction upfit project.  Playbook’s involvement included due diligence support prior to the Dellner purchase of the new facility. The new space included corporate office and warehouse/production space.  The office project elements included a new two-story reception lobby, boardroom, meeting rooms, private offices, breakroom, locker rooms and open office space. Manufacturing space included new loading dock ramps, openings, levelers, high-pile racking storage and overhead cranes. Playbook also managed a smaller turnkey upfit project for Dellner’s tenant on the east side of the facility.
