This project involved the full demolition and buildout of a 9,691 SF private family office. The high-end space was constructed using prefabricated components to accelerate the schedule while maintaining exceptional quality and craftsmanship aligned with the overall design vision. The scope of work included private offices, two boardrooms, an executive breakroom, reception area, upgraded core restrooms, and a dumbwaiter to facilitate catering deliveries from the building’s dining level to the office.
