Charlotte Preparatory School engaged Playbook as Project Manager to lead the development of its new Lower School building following the loss of the previous structure to fire. The project was delivered within an active campus environment with a focus on maintaining ongoing school operations, safety, and coordination throughout construction.

The new 26,000 SF, two-story, steel-framed facility includes a cafeteria, 11 classrooms, and space for administrative and support functions. The building is centrally located on campus and was executed to integrate efficiently with existing campus infrastructure while minimizing disruption to students, faculty, and staff.
