Tempus Realty and Cedar Fair both hired Playbook to manage the construction upfit and FF&E package for Cedar Fair’s new 18,500 SQFT Charlotte corporate HQ space. The space included private offices, open office workspace, new conferencing space, private phone rooms, dedicated training room, breakroom and boardroom.
