Playbook was hired by Carolina Tractor & Equipment, CTE, to manage the programming and construction management for their new CAT South Rental Store in Pineville, NC. This location included a renovation of an existing stone house for CTE’s parts and sales retail with second-floor offices. An 8,000 SQFT new service shop was attached, and a wash bay was constructed.
