Playbook managed the conversion of two flex warehouse spaces in Lower Southend into new state of the art office and showroom space for Caravan. The two 2,910 and 3,307 SF buildings were fully renovated down to the existing structure and built-out with an open concept exposed ceiling layout including interior offices, restrooms, conferencing, break and coworking spaces. Additional renovations included new doors & windows, exterior lighting, main entrance canopies, building branding, ADA ramps, parking and landscaping.
