Cadwalader selected Playbook to lead its 71,570-square-foot office relocation to a newly developed office tower. The project encompassed three full floors of core and shell upfit, highlighted by a spacious main lobby and a monumental staircase connecting all levels.

The space features double glass-front private offices designed to minimize sound transmission, along with a multipurpose room, expansive breakroom, conference and boardroom suites, and collaborative areas—all equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
