BGW engaged Playbook to manage the relocation and expansion of its office within the historic Savona Mill. The project increased the firm’s footprint by three times, transitioning into a larger, more functional workplace within the restored industrial building.

The new space includes open workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, and a collaborative break area, while preserving original building elements such as open ceilings, wood floors, and exposed brick. The project was completed two months ahead of schedule and under budget, and represents a continued partnership as BGW is a repeat Playbook client.
