Magnus Capital and CenterSquare selected Playbook as their local project management team to manage an adaptive reuse project in South End. This 42,000 SF redevelopment project included demolition, abatement, new facades, architectural upgrades and structural modifications to create seven new shell suites for future office, retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants.
